He claimed that his effort had uncovered “hundreds of billions of dollars of fraud.” Calling it “appalling waste,” Trump cited millions supporting diversity, equity and inclusion scholarships in Burma, millions more to help “sedentary migrants—nobody knows what that is,” he said, drawing laughter.
