Moments after recording an assist for James McAtee, Manchester City’s Erling Haaland is one of three players coming off. The concern for Manchester City is that he appeared to jar his knee, or his leg, off the ball as he chased Fabian Schar.

Pep Guardiola had his hands on his head in concern. Haaland is able to walk off, which is a positive, but City will now wrap him up in cotton wool ahead of their Champions League knockout-stage second-leg tie against Real Madrid.

Josko Gvardiol and Ilkay Gundogan also come off, with Matheus Nunes, Nico O’Reilly, and Mateo Kovacic on in their place.
