Microsoft 365 products including Outlook and OneDrive appeared offline on Saturday afternoon, according to tech company.
Downdetector, operated by data analysts Ookla, detailed an uptick of more than 25,000 reports that Microsoft 365 and its products were offline starting about 2 p.m. Arizona time.
Just after 2:30 p.m., Microsoft said it was “investigating an issue in which users may be unable to access Outlook features and services,” in a post on social platform X.
The account followed up with a post saying the issue was impacting various Microsoft 365 services, without providing an estimated time the issue would be fixed.
But as of 2:45 p.m., Microsoft’s webpage dedicated to service health did not report any issues across products like Outlook and OneDrive.
