Watch: Taylor Swift Reacts to History-Making 2025 Grammy Nominations
And the Grammy goes to…
The 2025 Grammy Awards officially kicked off on Sunday, Feb 2., signaling the start of music’s biggest night of the year—and Sabrina Carpenter and Charli XCX are already big winners.
Hosted by Trevor Noah for the fifth year in a row, the annual Recording Academy celebration—held at Crypto.com Arena in downtown Los Angeles—is honoring 2024’s breakout music stars, most successful chart-topping hits and the artists you’ve had on repeat for the past 12 months.
It should come as no surprise that the most nominated artist of the night is Beyoncé, whose 2024 album Cowboy Carter nabbed her a whopping 11 nominations. (See the full list of 2025 Grammy nominees here.) And, not only is Bey the most winning singer in Grammy history, she also recently minted her status as the artist with the most nominations ever with 99 in total to date.
But with nearly 100 categories across different music genres, Beyoncé has stiff competition in some of this year’s other most-nominated stars, which include Taylor Swift, Kendrick Lamar, Post Malone, Billie Eilish and Charli XCX, not to mention newcomers like Sabrina Capenter, Shaboozey and Chappell Roan.
So, who will win top titles like Album of the Year, Song of the Year and Record of the Year? Well, fans will just have to tune in the show—which kicks off at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on CBS and Paramount+—to find out.
But tonight’s show isn’t just about celebrating music’s biggest stars, of course.
The 2025 show will honor the brave first responders who risked their lives during the devastating Los Angeles wildfires last month, as well as raise funds for those affected by the catastrophic weather events that left thousands of Southern California residents without homes and irreparably damaged entire communities.

“The upcoming GRAMMY Awards won’t just be about celebrating and honoring the best in music this year, it will also show how the power of music can help rebuild, uplift and support those in need,” Recording Academy CEO Harvey Mason Jr. said in a statement. “We are thrilled that so many artists in our community are banding together at this time to show support for their fellow music makers and others impacted by the recent wildfires.”
Keep reading to see the full list of 2025 Grammy winners, and keep checking back all day for live updates as the trophies are handed out.
