Kanye West made a surprise appearance at tonight’s Grammy Awards, bringing along his wife, Bianca Censori (who walked the red carpet in a completely sheer dress with absolutely nothing underneath).

West pulled up to Los Angeles’s Crypto.com Arena earlier this evening, but his appearance was brief. After making headlines hours before the ceremony for his bizarre social media behavior—which this time saw him unfollow everyone on Instagram except for Taylor Swift—the rapper narrowly missed the pop star, who this year is heavily nominated for her album, The Tortured Poets Department.

Before Swift could step foot on the carpet in a red-hot custom Vivienne Westwood ensemble (complete with a sweet nod to her beau Travis Kelce), West was asked to leave the Grammys, according to Page Six. An insider told the outlet that police escorted West and Censori out after “the crazy outfit moment they pulled on the carpet,” referring to Censori’s completely naked look.

Swift and West have had years of drama, and it all began when West interrupted the “Fortnight” singer’s 2009 MTV VMAs speech. At one point, it seemed the two had made amends—that is until his then-wife Kim Kardashian released threats about a private conversation between Swift and West in regard to his 2016 song “Famous.” Since then, the two musicians haven’t interacted publicly.

West had not been to the Grammys in a while. In 2022, he didn’t attend the ceremony after harassing ex-wife Kim Kardashian and her then-boyfriend Pete Davidson. “For the sake of the kids, Kanye has told Kim he’s not making any public appearances or inflammatory social media statements, and he will go away somewhere to get better,” a source told Page Six at the time.
