A place in the Conference League quarter-finals awaits the Blues after a goal from Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall ensured we overcame Copenhagen at Stamford Bridge.

With Enzo Maresca‘s side holding a 2-1 advantage following the first leg in the Danish capital, the onus was on the visitors to SW6 to force matters.

Copenhagen had a couple of half-chances in the opening 45 minutes but the Blues defended well and, after introducing Marc Cucurella and Cole Palmer at half time, we asserted ourselves in the second period.

That resulted in Dewsbury-Hall breaking the deadlock shortly before the hour mark and from then on our place in the last eight, where we will take on Legia Warsaw, was never in doubt.
